Yes, we offer hair extensions. We offer both tape-in and clip-in extensions. Please contact us for more information.

The C$600 V-Light Hair Extensions Kit (Hair Included) covers the cost of your high-quality V-Light only. This service is strictly for the purchase of the kit and does NOT include the installation of the extensions.* If you are interested in having V-Light extensions professionally installed by our Salon stylists, please contact the salon directly at Salonturquoise@gmail.com to book a consultation. During this consultation, we can discuss your desired look, assess your hair, provide a precise quote for the installation service, and schedule your appointment.

 For services like color, extensions, or complex treatments, we highly recommend booking a complimentary consultation. This allows your stylist to assess your hair, discuss your desired results, and provide an accurate, personalized quote. You can book a consultation online or by calling us. 

How do I book an appointment? You can easily book an appointment online through our website's booking system, or by calling us directly during business hours. 

We understand that life happens! We kindly request at least 24-48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or no-shows with less than the requested notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This policy helps us accommodate other clients and ensure our stylists' time is respected. 

For most services, simply arrive with clean, dry hair. If you are getting a chemical service (like color or perm), please avoid washing your hair immediately before your appointment (e.g., wash the day before). If you have any specific concerns or questions, feel free to call us beforehand. 

While we always try to accommodate walk-ins, we highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to guarantee your preferred time and stylist, especially for longer services.

For the safety and relaxation of all our clients, we kindly ask that children under 12 years old are supervised by an adult at all times and remain in the waiting area unless they are receiving a service. Due to hot tools and chemicals, we aim to create a safe environment for everyone.
